Not on Board. At the request of Mr. Singh, taken up for admission. Heard Mr. Singh , learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed only for direction to the learned Judge of the City Civil Court at Mumbai to hear and dispose of Chamber Summons 1128 of 2016 in L.C.Suit No.1492 of 2016 expeditiously. He states that presently he is not challenging the order dated 11.7.2016 passed in Draft Notice of Motion in that suit. He has tendered order dated 25.1.2017 passed by this Court (Coram : M.S. Karnik, J. ) in Writ Petition No.14417 of 2016. He assures that he will produce authenticated copy of this order before the trial Court and also serve copy of this order on the other side.

In view thereof, Petition is disposed of with direction to the

2 / 2 WP/981/2017 learned trial Judge to dispose of the Chamber Summons No.1128 of 2016 taken out in L.C. Suit No.1492 of 2016 as early as possible and preferably within three months from production of the authenticated copy of this order.

The petitioner shall produce authenticated copy of this order before the trial Court as also serve copy of this order on the other side. Order accordingly.
