1) These are applications seeking modification of the conditions imposed upon the applicants vide order dated 16/12/2014. Applicants herein were granted bail by this Court (Coram : P.D. Kode, J.) in crime no. 62 of 2014 registered at Hinjewadi Police Station, Pune for offence punishable under ism

2 17.859.15 appln sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 363, 364, 504 of the Indian Penal Code r/w Section 37 (1) r/w Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act and Section 4 (25) of the Arms Act. While granting bail, this Court was pleased to impose a condition that the applicants shall not enter Pune city without prior permission of the Trial Court.

2) The learned counsel for the applicants submits that they have abided by this order for the past two years. Investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed. Their entire family is in the city of Pune and hence, prays for modification of condition in para 7 (i) of the said order. 3) It is in these circumstances that the condition in para 7 (i) deserves to be modified. The condition modified as follows: (i) Applicant shall attend Hinjewadi Police Station on first Sunday of each month till the framing of the charge and shall attend all the dates in the Trial Court.

4) In view of the modification in condition no. (i), condition no. (ii) imposed by this Court becomes infructuous.
