By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 78 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the Judgment and award dated 14th May, 2015 passed by 9th Labour Court, Mumbai in Application (WCA) No. 576/C-138/2013. 4.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Application made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

a) Delay in filing First Appeal, is condoned.
