2] Petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that, the Petitioner was a highest bidder for allotment of Snack Bar at Ramwadi S.T. Stand for which he has received communication for interview to be held on 07/09/2018.

3] Perusal of record would reveal that intimation was sent to the Petitioner by Registered Post AD. However, the acknowledgment annexed to the Petition shows that Petitioner received it on 08/09/2018 at 11.30 A.M. It is thus clear that the Petitioner received the intimation for attending the interview on 08/09/2018. 4] In this view of the matter, in the interest of justice, we direct the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to appear for interview. Mr. Deshmukh, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents on instructions from Respondents, states that Respondents would conduct interview of the Petitioner on 26th September, 2018.
5] Petitioner to remain present in the Office of Respondent No.1 on 26th September, 2018 at 11.00 A.M.
6] Needless to state that until the Petitioner is permitted to appear for interview, no final decision with regard to allotment of Snack Bar 2/3
shall be taken by the Respondents.
7] Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
