We have heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and also the learned AGP for the State.

The learned AGP raised a preliminary objection that the Petitioners have a remedy of appeal.

The Authority, where the appeal would be filed, shall decide the Application of the Petitioners, whose vehicles are seized, expeditiously and preferably within one month from the date of filing the appeal.

The Writ Petitions stand disposed of.
