On 25th April 2018 Advocate Ms. Shweta Kamble had waived service for the respondent and had sought time to file her vakalatnama. Till today vakalatnama has not been filed. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai in Sessions Case No.4 of 2012. There is a delay of 87 days for the reasons assigned in paragraph nos.3, 4 and 5. The delay of 87 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, delay is condoned. (SMT. SADHANA S.
