The above Writ Petition is filed by the Bank inter-alia challenging the order dated 11th July, 2023 passed by the DRAT. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner-Bank submitted that the disputes between the Petitioner-Bank and the borrower have been settled and consent terms have been filed before the DRAT on 21st September, 2023. He, therefore, sought leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition.

Considering these circumstances, leave is granted and the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 4.
