This is a petition challenging the order rejecting prayer of petitioners/defendants to summon Public Officers or proving documents.

The learned counsel for petitioners/defendants argued that public documents are marked as originals by the learned trial court and therefore, he wanted to summon Public Officers for proving contents of public documents. When this court has avk 1/2

17-WP-2145-2019.doc pointed out Section 77 of the Evidence Act to the learned counsel for petitioners, he wants file an appropriate application before the learned trial court for getting certified public documents exhibited.
