This is an application for recalling of Order dated 9th September 2021 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) and for restoration of Second Appeal.

By the said Order dated 9th September 2021, Registrar (JudicialII) had directed the Applicant/Appellant to remove Office objections within a period of four weeks, failing which the Appeal shall stand refused for registration.

Admittedly the Applicant/Appellant has failed to comply with the said Order, inter-alia to remove the Office objections within the stipulated period.

Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay of restoration of Second Appeal. In view thereof, Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) and (b).

Appellant is directed to remove Office objections within a period of three weeks from today, failing which the Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
