Heard for some time. Learned A.G.P appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 4 is seeking time to obtain instructions. Counsel for petitioner has pointed out to us the order dated 27th February 2018 passed by Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of respondent No. 2.

That order itself gives petitioner time of 45 days to file appeal and also indicates respondent No. 4 as Appellate Authority. SQ Pathan 1/2

Limited prayer of petitioner is to ask respondent No. 4Appellate Authority to decide it at the earliest. In this situation, without recording any finding either way on merits of controversy, keeping all contentions of parties open, we direct respondent No. 4 to take decision on that appeal, if it is still pending, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order to it.

Petitioner to obtain certified copy of this order and appear before the respondent No. 4-Appellate Authority on 13th March 2019. With these directions, we dispose of writ petition. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
