The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that this application is rendered infructuous for the reason that the litigating sides have settled the dispute before the Trial Court and the proceedings before the Trial Court are pending only for the purpose of fulfilling the conditions of the settlement terms, especially the payment of money through installments.
