The dispute is between the developer and the co-operative society as to the entitlement of compensation to be received pursuant to the acquisition of land in question. The proceedings where disbursement of the compensation amount would be determined and paid are pending before the Assistant Collector - Respondent no.2. The parties are seeking to advance various contentions as regards their rights to receive the amount.
