By the present Writ Petition, Petitioner has sought a speedy trial. The following cases are pending against the Petitioner in the learned Trial Court.

(i) Session Case No.58/2014 a/w Session Case No.802/2014 (EOW UNIT - III CR. No.:- 42/2014) (ii) Session Case No.803/2014 a/w Session Court No.804/2014 (EOW UNIT - III CR. No.:-41/2014) 2.

It is seen that the learned Trial Court vide Order dated 10.10.2018 clubbed both the aforesaid cases together. On 03.05.2019 PW-1 was examined. The Petitioner has stated that there are 46 witnesses in all to be examined.

Considering the above and limited information given in the petition as stated above we cannot direct the learned Trial Court to complete the trial in a time bound manner. However, we direct the 1/2
