Learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions submits that the Applicant is arrested on 25.03.2018 and that the investigation is complete and chargesheet is filed. He further submits that the applicant may be allowed to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer fresh application for bail in the event that the trial does not commence within a period of six months.

Considering the submission of the applicant, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the application with liberty as prayer for.
