It is the contention of the Petitioner that, he has been falsely implicated in C.R.No. 171 of 2019 registered with Kolshewadi Police Station, Kalyan, District Thane.

Perusal of Petition indicates that, the Petitioner has to put forth his defence by way of present Petition. Petitioner will be at liberty to adopt appropriate defence and put it forth before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the said case.
