Learned APP, on instructions, submits that Sessions Case No.63 of 2019, pending before Sessions Court, Panvel is at the fag end. In all 36 prosecution witnesses have been examined till date and only the IO remains to be examined. The next date before the Sessions Court is 5 March 2024. The IO will remain present on that date before the trial court.
