This is an application for extension of time for furnishing surety.

Heard the learned advocate appearing for the parties. It is seen that the applicant is not in a position to procure solvency certificate to show that he is solvent to the extent of Rs.50,000/-. Hence the time to furnish surety is extended by 10 weeks. The application is disposed of accordingly.
