919 and 921 wp 12486 and 12575-16.doc petition was also involved in Writ Petition No.3474 of 2016, namely challenge to Ordinance XI dated 19.5.2016 issued by the Urban Development Department. The validity of the said ordinance is upheld by the Division Bench by the order dated 16.9.2016 passed in Writ Petition No.3474 of 2016.

In that view of the matter, and for the reasons stated in the order dated 16.9.2016 in Writ Petition 3474 of 2016 this petition is dismissed.
