Learned counsel Ms. Seema Sarnaik for the Respondent submits that this Court by order dated 23rd March, 2018 disposed of the writ petition No. 3553 of 2018 by directing the Respondent to pay Rs.25,000/­ p.m. to the wife towards her maintenance, till the Family Court decides the matter. She submits that the Respondent has already complied the order dated 23rd March, 2018. Hence, nothing survives in the present contempt petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Respondent and the statement made by the learned counsel, that Tikam 1/
