Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. The above Second Appeal is admitted on the following substantial question of law : Whether the First Appellate Court was justified in reversing the Judgment and Decree passed by the Learned Trial Court dated 6 th August, 2003 ?

The printing of paper book is dispensed with. The Appellants shall, however, file a private paper book containing papers and proceedings before the Courts below within a period of 12 weeks from today.

The parties to maintain status-quo as of today in respect of the suit property. 4.
