Applicant herein is praying for extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs. 18,00,000/- which is the fine amount.

2) For the reasons assigned in paragraph no. 6 & 8 of the application, time to deposit fine amount is extended up to 16/11/2015. Learned counsel for the applicant gives a solemn undertaking upon instructions that applicant would not seek any further extension of time. Learned counsel for the applicant shall file an undertaking on or before 16/10/2015 stating therein that applicant would deposit an amount of Rs. 18,00,000/-.
