This is an application for relaxation of condition of reporting stipulated in order dated 23rd December, 2015 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.2438 of 2015. While granting bail, the applicant was directed to attend Ghatkopar Police Station on every first Monday of the month between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till the conclusion of trial. 2.

7. Ia-45-2022-in-Ba-2438-2015.doc Police Station. The charge-sheet has been filed. The case is pending before the trial Court. There is no progress in the trial. Further attendance may be exempted.

Learned App submitted that there has to be some check on the applicant, hence, complete relaxation may not be granted.

Considering the factual aspects, order dated 23rd December, 2015 can be modified.

ORDER

i.

Interim Application No. 45 of 2022 is allowed; ii.

The order dated 23rd December, 2015 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.2438 of 2015 is modified and the condition mentioned in order clause (ii) is partly relaxed.

iii.

The applicant is directed to attend the Ghatkopar Police Station once in three months on first Saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m till further order;

iv.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
