As against the impugned order, the petitioner has remedy under section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Accordingly, learned counsel for he petitioner, on the basis of instructions from he petitioner who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a civil revision application.

Leave is granted with liberty as prayed for.

It is noted that the impugned order was made on June 5, 2015. This petition was instituted on October 1, 2016 and was pending till date.
