By order dated 16th June, 2022, the Writ Petition No.482 of 2010 was dismissed for default as none appeared for the Petitioner. In the said order, Court has further mentioned that, the Writ Petition was dismissed with cost of Rs.5,000/- and if any application for restoration is preferred, the Registry shall ensure that the direction to pay cost is duly complied and the cost shall be deposited in the account of the Maharashtra State Legal Aid Committee.

Ms. Sucheta D. Ghaisas, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants has placed copy of receipt dated 19th September, 2022 issued by the Maharashtra State Legal Service Authority, Mumbai evidencing payment of said Rs.5000/- and the same is annexed at page 9 at Exh. B of this Interim Application.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
