None appears for the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 who are the original claimants. The reasons mentioned in paragraph 3 can be said to be the plausible reasons for the delay of 218 days occurring in filing the First Appeal. The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 218 days in filing the First Appeal stands condoned. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
