Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

In pursuance of an order dated 30.3.3017 passed in Civil Revision Application No.30 of 2017 the applicant has taken appropriate steps to serve the respondent by substituted service. The Office note indicates that as per the said order passed by the Court, a publication notice is issued. Despite service, the respondent has failed to appear.

Perused the contents of the Civil Application. The applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay of 122 days

RNG 2/2 7-ca.655.15.cra.st.27600.15 in filing the present Civil Revision Application. 4.

Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). No costs.

Place the Civil Revision Application for admission as per CMIS date.
