The Petitioners are challenging the formation of wards and reservation of the seats of Manmad Municipal Council. Shri S.B. Shetye the learned counsel for Respondent No.4 has stated that the election programme is declared and nominations are to be accepted from 24.10.2016 to 29.10.2016 and polling is rescheduled on 27.11.2016. The said statement is not disputed by the learned counsel Megha 1/2
