The appellant is involved in C.R. No. 113 of 2011 which pertains to M.C.O.C. Case No. 1 of 2011 which is pending before the Special Judge and Additional Sessions Judge - 6 Nasik. As far as the prayer for discharge is concerned, it is admitted that the charge has been framed and the trial has begun. In this view of the matter, no case is made out for discharge, hence, the appeal is dismissed.
