By this first appeal, the appellant-claimant is challenging judgment and award dated 25.07.2014 passed by the MACT, Oras, at Sindhudurg in MACP No.60 of 2011 for additional compensation.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the impugned judgment and award, I am satisfied that the appellant has made out a case for following order:

ORDER

(i) Admit.

(ii) Printing dispensed with.
