Thereafter, learned counsel for the Applicant did not bother to get the matter circulated before the Court and did not bother to inform the court about the subsequent development. This attitude and conduct of the Advocate is strongly deprecated.

Today learned counsel Ms. Balasubramanian appears and states that a Division Bench of this Court has quashed the FIR i.e. C.R. No.223/2022 of Rajarampuri police Deshmane(PS)

Since the FIR is quashed by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.11.2022 in Criminal Application No.1048/2022, nothing survives in this application. Learned counsel has produced a copy of the said order. It is taken on record and marked 'X for identification.. 3.

Considering this statement and the said order, the Application is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
