By this application applicants have prayed for recalling order dated 20/04/2016. By that order time was given to the applicants for removing of the office objections in the Civil Application till 13/06/2016, failing which Civil Application was to stand dismissed without referring back to the Court. 4.

Ms.Contractor states that only office objection was non-payment of Bhatta Charges. She assures that after the order dated 20/04/2016 is recalled and the Civil Applications are restored, she will pay Bhatta Charges on or before 27/10/2016. In view of the assurance, Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. 5.

Applicant shall pay Bhatta Charges on or before 27/10/2016.
