Substantive challenge appears to the order dated 1st September, 2015 passed by 33rd Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai. By that order, the complaint presented by respondent No.4 against developer was returned to complainant. Thus, order which is passed in his favour is being questioned by petitioner. 3.

As there is no appearance for petitioner, we dismiss petition for want of prosecution.
