In a trap case under the Prevention of Corruption Act, applicant came to be booked. It has been specifically recorded in DVR that the applicant was demanding bribe from the complainant. 2.

In view of same, prima-facie involvement of the applicant whereby satisfying the offence alleged viz. demanding the bribe amount can be inferred. That being so, there is enough material on record to infer that the applicant is involved in the offence alleged against him.

As such, no case for bail is made out.

Application stands rejected.
