This matter pertains to the assignment of the Single Judge Bench. Liberty to the Petitioners to move the matter before an appropriate Bench.

CONTEMPT PETITION NO.

OF 2019 2.

The Contempt Petition will not survive. The order of 31st July 2018 was a direction to the 1st and 2nd Respondent to dispose of a proceeding under Section 13(2) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act 1971. This has admittedly being done by CEO of SRA. That order and also an order of AGRC is challenged in the Writ Petition which pertains to the assignment of the Single Judge. Nothing survives in the Contempt Petition.
