It is to be noted that in the present proceeding, interim protection is running in favour of applicant since filing of Special Civil Suit No.187 of 2003. Thereafter this court by order dated 12.10.2012 granted ad-interim relief.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, interim relief granted by this court on 12.10.2012 to continue till hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal. Mohite 1/2
