1] Mr. Sabrad, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondent No.10 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24 th July 2008 in matter of correction of entries in revenue records.

2] Mr. Sawant, learned AGP for the respondent - State, submits that since the application was said to have been made in the year 2008, the same may not be traceable at this point of time. He submits that the petitioner may make a fresh application, which will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law and on its own merits.

Along with this application, the petitioner may also enclose a copy of the earlier application dated 24 th July 2008. This exercise to be completed within a period of four weeks from today. Thereafter, respondent No.10 is directed to consider such applications, in accordance with law and on their own merits and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than two months from the date of their filing. 4] With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
