Learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent no. 2 has jointly requested for quashing. They point out that in Petition No. A/1503 of 2017 filed before the Family Court No.3 Nagpur in the proceedings under section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, consent terms have already been recorded and accordingly the relationship has come to an end on 10/10/2018. As per the term (vi) the criminal proceedings are also to be withdrawn. 2.
Counsel for respondent no. 2/complainant has tendered the separate consent affidavit accepting the position. 3.
In view of these developments and joint request being made, nilegaonkar 1/2
