The contention is FIR does not show any abatement and ingredients of offence under section 306 are not satisfied. 2.

Learned APP pointed out that a suicide note is found in which names of petitioners are included and the deceased has complained of severe torture at their hands.

We cannot look into the contention of learned counsel at this stage when investigation is going on. We leave that contention open and with liberty to the petitioner to approach again at appropriate juncture, we dispose of this petition.
