The Petitioner is a member of the Respondent -cooperative society, which is the sole Respondent. Outcome of their relationship is the subject matter of this petition. This dispute therefore will have be adjudicated under the forum of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. If the Petitioner has any grievance against any statutory authority, then it is open to the Petitioner to file a petition invoking writ jurisdiction.
