Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP, who appears by waiving notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 5. There is no need to issue any notice to Respondent Nos.6 and 7 as no relief is claimed by them. 2.

We direct Respondent No.5 to decide the proposal dated 4 October 2021 sent by the management seeking individual approval to the appointment of the Petitioner to the post of Peon in accordance with law with applicable G.Rs. at the earliest and in any case, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.

However, in case, approval is granted, the name of the Petitioner shall be entered in Shalarth system and by allotting Shalarth ID, Digitally signed by SANSKRUTI A THAKUR Date:
