After this petition was placed before us on the earlier occasion and we had extensively heard it, expressed our disinclination to interfere in writ jurisdiction, on instructions, leave is sought to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings before a competent criminal court at Khammam, district Khammam, Telangana. Since the court of Additional Judicial Magistrate, First Class in that court has passed an order, it would be open for the petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings in the said court or any competent criminal court as the law permits.

The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
