1] After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No. 200 of 2018 registered with Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai, now culminated into Special (POCSO) Case No. 270 of 2018, pending on the file of Special Judge under POCSO Act, Sessions Court, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.

2] Application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
