This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 by the Trial Court vide its Order dated 01.07.2015. The Applicant herein is the first informant in C.R. No. 274 of 2015 registered with Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 465, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is the allegation against the Respondents that they forged signature of the Applicant on the letter dated 12.01.2010. Prima facie it appears that, there is a dispute between two groups in a co-operative society which has led to file the present crime. After perusing the record and the impugned order, this Court is of the view that, the Trial Court has passed a well reasoned order after taking into consideration the relevant material available on record and there is no error Sneha Chavan 1/2
