1] This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent No.3 in CR No. 220 of 2014 registered with Dadar Police Station, by the Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Greater Mumbai in A.B.A. No.1328 of 2014 by its Order dated 14th August 2014.

2] The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 on instructions submitted that, during the pendency of the present application the police have submitted chargesheet on 7.1.2015. 1/2

APPLN.555-2014.doc 3] In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa Vs. Sameer Pakvasa & Anr in Criminal Application No.723 of 2014 in A.B.A. No.1785 of 2014 dated 25.1.2016, the present application for cancellation of anticipatory bail on merits after filing of chargesheet does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.

4] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that one of the accused in the present case is aged about 90 years. In view thereof, the learned Judge seized of case arising out of CR No. 220 of 2014 registered with Dadar Police Station is hereby requested to make an endevour to expedite the trial.
