This is an application for recalling the order dated 30.06.2016. By that order, Petition was dismissed in default as none appeared for the petitioner. Mr. Gite states that notices were not served in the main Petition. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Writ Petition No.6218 of 2014 is restored to its original position. Order accordingly.
