In this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction to refer the dispute in respect of the entitlement to receive compensation for acquisition of the subject land to the Civil Court.

It is not in dispute that the Award has already been passed and the amount has also been disbursed to respondent nos. 2 to 5. In the circumstances, relief claimed in the petition cannot be extended in favour of the petitioner at this stage through this writ petition.

In view of the above, with a liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy as may be available in accordance with the law, petition is disposed of.
