The learned counsel for the original complainant has tendered consent terms dated 4.5.2017.The said consent terms are duly signed by the applicant and the first informant and their signatures have been identified by their respective advocates. The said consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings given in the said consent terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.

In view of the amicable settlement between the first informant and the applicant, the interim relief granted by an order dated 9.1.0.2015 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigation Officer is hereby waived.
