The challenge is to transfer order and the Petitioner appears is Association of Nurses who happen to be employees of the State of Maharashtra. Some of them have already approached MAT. 2.

In view of this, as remedy under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 is available, we are not inclined to intervene extraordinary jurisdiction.
