P.C. :
1.
By this Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner firstly insisted that the whole Petition should be allowed to be presented and argued in Hindi language. Secondly, what he says is that there are some circumstances which compel him to present this Petition with the prayers that have been made. The Telecom Companies are stated to be involved in some sort of a fraud. In these circumstances and when he makes serious allegations as a representative of the public, this Court passed a detailed order on this Public Interest Litigation on 12th March, 2013. Amicus Curiae was also appointed.

The moment this Court appointed a Senior Advocate to assist it, the petitioner knew that the whole proceedings would then go on in accordance with the procedural Rules as also the substantive provisions. In the process, he may not be able to obtain any relief and particularly as desired by him. Therefore, he seems to have lost interest and totally. He was not comfortable with this Court appointing an Amicus Curiae and putting him in charge of this proceeding. We do not think that we are obliged to keep the PIL pending. It is therefore dismissed. The Criminal Application also stands disposed of.
