The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that in view of the fact that the application for eviction of the licensee which is filed invoking Section 43(4) of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, has been taken on record, the grievance in the above Petition has been substantially met. However, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the said application may be directed to be disposed of expeditiously.

Since the application has been filed invoking Section 43(4) of the said Act, the Trial Court may decide it having regard to the mandate of the said provision and with expedition.
